The Company acted as the Main Contractor and PSCS.

The project consisted of the construction of a new distributor road, footpaths, cycle tracks, public lighting, fencing, safety road markings and signage, and all other associated site works. The distributor road was built to NRA standards and will be incorporated into the local road network.

An essential part of the work was also the construction of new services such as surface water drainage, surface water attenuation, culverts, foul drainage, watermain and ESB diversions, etc.

Included in the works were also tie-in to existing road infrastructure and services, liaising with local authorities regarding licencing and traffic management.
