A double basement bulk dig project consisting of the excavation of 104,000m3 of which 80,000m3 was solid rock. The excavation was up to 8m deep. The rock was crushed into clause 804 granular material and reused on site under paved areas. 15,000m3 of concrete was poured into the foundation blinding.
Our scope of work also included the design of the installation and maintenance of the de-watering system. The contract also included overall environmental monitoring (Water / Dust / Noise) and extensive site traffic management throughout the project.
