Liffey Contracts were contracted to demolish and completely remove 11,150m2 of asbestos-clad warehouse buildings and replace them with 3 blocks of 7 story apartments including 5,530m2 of underground car parking.

Scope of works includes:

  • all demolition work and removal of materials to appropriate waste disposal facilities,

  • all deep excavations, groundwater management, and disposal off-site associated with the underground carpark,

  • all associated main drainage and attenuation tanks,

  • all in-situ structural concrete works up to and including podium slab level,

  • all structural screeds on 7 floors of the 3 precast apartment blocks, and

  • all site finishes thereafter.
