The Company acted as the main contractor and PSCS.

Bulk excavation works for the new Town Centre at Clongriffin to cater for an underground carpark for residential/commercial units and the new Clongriffen DART Station.

 Works included:

• Bulk excavation works to a depth of 6.0m (98,000m3)

• Disposal of approx. 30% of excavated material in low-lying areas of the site.

• Balance of excavated material disposed off-site to a licenced facility.

• Design and implement a dewatering system to accommodate surface water discharge from the area.
