Clongriffin Town Centre is Ireland's largest residential/commercial development built around a new town centre and DART station.  The development includes extensive commercial, retail, leisure and sporting facilities. This new urban area incorporates cutting-edge urban design, creating a contemporary European-style residential district focused around a traditional main street and square.

Works undertaken:

The Company has been involved in this project since its commencement in 2003. Our work involved all areas of site development, including over 2km of distributor roads and over 3km of site access roads.  The project involved constructing and maintaining a foul pumping station to accommodate 3,800 units and the control and maintenance of settlement ponds to accommodate surface water discharge on site.  Site works included all services, ESB substations, groundworks, foundations and floor slabs, public paths, carparking, hard and soft landscaping and fencing. 

The project included the bulk excavation for Clongriffin Town Centre, incorporating vast underground car parking facilities.
