Site works for residential development including 2km distributor road with Quality Bus Corridor, roundabouts, associated footpaths, cycle tracks and public services, also internal site access roads, surface water attenuation and flood plain.

The project also included 98,500m3 subsoil movements (82,300m3 topsoil, 6,000m2 vegetated), 13,150m of drainage with pipe sizes ranging from 150m - 900mm diameter, 500m palisade fencing, 1,500m ornamental railings, 145m crash barrier.

 The site works involved realignment of River Mayne incorporating the construction of 236m of gabion mattress and baskets ranging in height from 2.0m to 4.0m.
