Liffey Contracts has been contracted to act as the main contractor and PSCS for the initial stage of this project.

The Ballyfermot Development project consists of the construction of 927 apartments. This Strategic Housing Development will comprise eight blocks, up to 13 storeys high, on the former De La Salle National School grounds. The residential units will include a mix of apartments, duplexes, and triplexes, all with private balconies, terraces, or gardens. The overall development involves extensive demolition and renovation of the existing structure on site.
