Liffey Contracts have been contracted to act as the main contractor and PSCS for the initial stage of this project.

The Ballyfermot Development project consists of the construction of 927 apartments. This Strategic Housing Development will be contained within 8 blocks, reaching up to 13 storeys on the former De La Salle National School grounds. The residential units included will be a mix of apartments, duplexes and triplexes that will be provided with private balconies, terraces or gardens. The overall development involves a large amount of demolition and renovation of the existing structure on site.
