Site development works, including an extensive earthworks exercise, consisted of approximately 10,000m3 of subsoil to be removed from the site. Works also involved realigning the existing public road to achieve the feature entrance to the outlet.

The work also involved all drainage works, water mains, public utilities, tarmac surfaces, public lighting, and extensive hard and soft landscaping, planting, and boundary wall treatment for this high-specification finished car park consisting of approx. 5,000m2 to facilitate visitors to the outlet.
